Job Summary:
We are looking for proactive Sales Account Managers to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a key player in our sales force, you will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract finalization, leveraging your expertise in IT solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prospect for new leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to ensure successful contract execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy development.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in IT solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
