Job Description
As a CCTV Operator at Tzkar Security Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras within the Control Centre efficiently and in compliance with operating procedures, legislation, and best practices.
- Recording all events, incidents, and actions clearly, legibly, and accurately.
- Maintaining a secure system for providing data and ensuring the security of the control room and equipment at all times.
- Reporting equipment failures promptly to the Chief Security Officer or Management.
- Providing efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering services and handling inquiries effectively.
- Liaising with security agencies and staff members to ensure proper use of the CCTV system.
- Monitoring security camera footage to detect and prevent vandalism, theft, and other crimes.
- Maintaining equipment, storing footage, patrolling the premises, logging issues, and reporting suspicious activities.

- Skills in monitoring and analyzing CCTV camera footage
- CCTV Operator with SIRA ID for Security System Operator
- Private/commercial security experience/background is an advantage
